Product Function Characteristics
High straight tear strength at any position in the MD direction with low secondary tear strength
Stable at wide temperatures, resistant to heat sterilization (retort), and not affected by the straight tear effect after high-temperature cooking or freezing processes.
Superior mechanical performance like standard BOPA films, including impact and puncture resistance.

Field of Use TSA Instant Tear Type only needs to be laminated with ordinary film materials such as PE, CPP, or BOPET to provide a straight tear function to the packaging, without damaging its original structure and strength. It is suitable for packaging containing soup, oil, sauce, powder, etc., effectively preventing spillage of contents when opened and improving the consumer experience.
TSA Quick Tear Type packaging is easier and more convenient to open, ideal for packaging pharmaceutical, electronic, or food products intended for the elderly and children.
In addition to regular packaging, TSA is also suitable for zipper packaging, stand-up microwave pouches, or other reusable packaging that requires neat and precise openings, thereby enhancing brand image.
